– Overseeing the execution and delivery of projects in coordination with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with set project timeline, budget, and master plan.
– Develop the department performance objectives and indicators and continuously monitor progress.
– Monitor the achievement of the Department strategy, objectives and KPIs.
– Develop regular reports on the department progress and outputs to be shared with relevant stakeholders in line with reporting requirements.
