He was made an Officier de l’Ordre des arts et des lettres in 2010. Among the many initiatives Bailey has spearheaded at the Morgan are the exterior restoration of J.Pierpont Morgan’s Library and the inauguration of the Belle da Costa Greene Curatorial Fellowships in the curatorial and special collections fields for promising scholars from historically underrepresented communities. ![]() Helen Shenton, IrelandLibrarian and College archivistHelen Shenton is Librarian & College Archivist at Trinity College Dublin, where she leads the strategic development of the historic and digital libraries. Prior to Harvard, Helen worked at the British Library where she led the care of the UK’s national documentary heritage and national printed archive.
